STEP 01
Planning
Around Systems has developed a digital platform for planning of a recyclable garment end-to-end. The plattform provides you with a flowchart and overview of the consequences of each decision made in terms of cycle and input materials.
STEP 02
Production
Around Systems offers a unique and degradable thread, the TextileLock, that dissolves when heated under pressure. Combining it with our Product ID labeling system enables a cost-efficient separation of different textiles and components once the garment reaches its end-of-life.
STEP 03
End-of-life
In our disassembly process garments are presorted and automatically separated for recycling based on their Product ID. This chemical-free and efficient process enables you to maximize recyclable materials and components – and minimize waste.
